Embarking on Your Path to Meaningful Change

1. Fill Out Our Contact Form

For the most efficient process, we first need to understand you and your unique needs. Begin by filling out the contact form, which can be found on our Contact page or by pressing the button below. Here, you can either request a 15-minute consultation with one or more providers, or you can request an initial intake session.

2. Choose Your Provider & Schedule Initial Session

Once we’ve reviewed your contact form, we’ll get in touch with you to schedule either your free 15-minute consultation or your initial intake session, based on what you selected. You can either choose your preferred provider, or, if you’re unsure of who you’d like to see, we’ll take this time to help steer you towards the provider we think best matches your needs.

3. Complete Your Intake Paperwork

Quality of care is extremely important to us. We carefully take the time to review your paperwork the day before your session to ensure that we are our most prepared and can make your intake session as meaningful as possible. Because of this, intake paperwork must be completed 24-hours prior to your initial intake appointment in order to hold your appointment time. Once this step is completed, you can relax as you prepare to set sail on your healing journey.
